So the drama continues - since my friend (see last post) worked in a small office there is a lot of reaction to his firing. The most prominent one is - surprise, surprise FEAR. "Will I be next."
This is even more typical when the firing seemed to be a case of punitive behavior on the part of management rather than a performance issue.
So my friend is being coached by me to get past this and I suspect the others on staff need to be coached to get past the fear and make sound career decisions.
The ripple effect....
